We believe that process and purpose can (and should) coexist.
Who We Are
Radisek Industries is what happens when two people who think in systems - one from the communication side, one from the engineering side - decide it would be more fun to build things together. Pamela spent over a decade translating between the technical and organizational worlds for the people within them, work that led to GRID, a framework for engineering equity into broken systems. Joseph has spent 15 years leading engineering teams across aerospace, automotive, and precision manufacturing, and now teaches the shift from execution to leadership at universities nationwide.

Pamela Tyll Radisek, MAOL

Pamela builds systems and teaches the people who run them. She's spent over a decade translating technical and organizational complexity into something people can actually act on: starting in engineering marketing at ARS Engineers and HDR Architecture, then consulting with Meta (Facebook) on its global Community Leadership Circles program, where she served as Global Ambassador and Global Lead for the DFW region, managing a $25K annual budget across 11 leadership events and opening the CLC Global Leads event in Berlin. Since 2016, she's taught soft skills and professional communication to early-career engineers at ASME's national conferences. In 2023, she became Scholarship Chair of the Junior League of Cleveland, where she rebuilt a collapsing 21-year scholarship program from the ground up, codifying the redesign as GRID (Governance, Representation, Inclusive Design). The work grew applications tenfold and cut volunteer administrative time by 80% over three years. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University (Alpha Sigma Nu honor society) and a BA in Communication from St. Edward's University. She's been featured on TODAY (NBC News), Cleveland.com/The Plain Dealer, and named to Engage! Cleveland's 2026 list of 26 Emerging Professionals. She also coaches career changers and returning professionals through North Coast Careers.

He holds a BME from the University of Dayton, is PMP-certified, and is completing his MBA at Youngstown State. He mentors engineering co-ops and coaches technicians as part of his day-to-day leadership, and outside of work, he's a recurring Engineering Management guest lecturer at eight universities, including Auburn, Baylor, and Cleveland State. His ASME involvement runs deep: he chairs the Northeast Ohio Section, chairs the History & Heritage Committee, sits on the Nominating Committee, chairs the Student Program Committee, and judges both the IAM3D student competition and NEOSEF. He also serves on the CTSC Board and the FIA Technical Committee. He speaks and teaches on the shift from technical execution to engineering leadership.Description text goes here
